How does Ka "Negate" other mangeokyou's?

There is no evidence that it negates other mangekyous, lack of evidence stems from it being used just twice throughout the series. However it has negated Amaterasu, a mangekyou, as proposed in the OP.

It is only in theory of application that it does negate it, but there is no evidence to say that it doesn't.

Well, yeah. Kakashi hasn't faced off in a stare-down mangekyou battle with Danzo.

But if he did, I wouldn't have wrote this thread, as it would be pointless to put speculation before fact.

Eye contact really is the fastest thing, since it's human nature for both parties to look at one another. not only that KA doesn't require eye contact, so Kakashi gets KA'd

It didn't really negate amaterasu, Itachi just broke edo tensei and used it on Nagato's summons and not Naruto.

Taken from my OP:

Nagato sensed that Itachi was preparing Amaterasu, Itachi activates it the same time that KA is activated (his eyes already began to bleed.) Afterwards, Nagato, who expected an Amaterasu to come flying out of Itachi's eye, look puzzled as he sensed that Amaterasu was prepared and that Itachi's eye bled, but nothing.

If it were merely Edo Tensei being broken, Amaterasu still would've been discharged, regardless of when he regains control of himself.

Indeed. Even if Kakashi had knowledge of KA, he would still be victim of it.

That doesn't actually prove it would Negate every Ms, Itachi made that Eye specifically to Counter/React to his Eyes.

Indeed, he did make it so that the crow would react to his eye, but just the crow, not KA, which he states here:

The chain of events are:
Amaterasu activated->(since amaterasu activates the crow, and not the genjutsu) Crow emerges-> (and since the crow serves only one purpose, to use the KA) KA activated-> Amaterasu negated.

Once again, (I said this in an earlier post to you) there is no evidence to say that KA would negate *every* mangekyou, but, there is no evidence to say that it wouldn't either. It is all speculation from the events of the manga. Had KA been used under similar circumstances against another mangekyou, then I would not have to speculate whether or not it negates, because whether it did or not, it would have been factual.

Also there is no standing reason why KA couldn't negate another mangekyou tech, the way it has against Itachi.

In the scenario provided, both users activate their mangekyous at the same time. I figure the outcome would be biased if one went before the other.
