Yahiko saying that to Naruto may change Naruto's mind about Sasuke. When Sasuke finally sees the village destroyed I think he will also have a change of heart.

Both will reverse roles in this manner. Naruto becomes cold towards the idea of Sasuke (having surpassed him and lost so much in his blind ambition to recapture him) and Sasuke will continue to feel empathy for the people he has lost and should have protected.

Sets up an new dydnamic between the rivals and possibly a new reason for them to ultimately rejoin against a common enemy.

...thats a long shot prediction...short term...like said before...2nd RS is heading straight to Nagato. Kill Nagato and kill Yahiko at the same time. 2-4-1 deal!!

read the middle left pannel tsunade adresses katsuyu as a male but if i remember corectly katsuyu was a female... i know in the anime it was a females voice portraying katsuyu so idk what happened but if anyone knows the answer plz let me know

It may happen. But about what I underlined, we still have no idea if Sasuke is thinking about following Itachi's role to protect Konoha (or Sasuke, too) from Akatsuki. Itachi protected Konoha from Akatsuki on the day he did not fight Naruto to get the 9 tails.

About Sasuke being cold: all we know is he acts cold, it's impossible to know what's in his mind. Problem is that if Naruto becomes cold, he will be actually cold and not pretending.

i think that narutuo used clones to throw the clone shiruken and thats why it appears he is out of sage mode, think of if; why would he just let himself be stabbed for no apparent reason....his aim was to find the real pein and destroy him. he doesnt want the deva path to prevent him on his ordeal so uses a clone to continue fighting him as a distraction while he moves on ahead to kill the real pain (nagato) but thats where konan comes in, he is probably gonna attack pen with the rasen shiruken and konan will take the hit, i think

Actually i foolishly looked it up, and it appears so, but slugs are both female AND male they can switch part of being female or male whenever they feel like it!

No wonder that the 5th gets sometimes confused by addressing him... her.... WHATTHEHELLWHEREVER LOL!!

It is only a theory, but I think that Kishi has dropped some significant clues...foreshadowing what direction Sasuke's feeling are going. When I say "people he should have pritected", I mean that's how I believe Sasuke will end up feeeling once he is actually confronted with the sight of Konaha destroyed. You know...kind of like he finally gros up a little and realizes that he has to become a protector instead of an avenger...I believe he will honor Itachi's wishes in the end.

I think this would be the "suprise" twist on the shadow clone,/rs combo. It's either that or the "uppercut from under ground move: ala chunin exams against Neji...but that would be lame.

I'm still deciding about this... it will depend on how close the mountain is. I remember they have left Konoha, so they should be closer to the mountain.

But I also think it can be used as a distraction against Pain as another Naruto enter the mountain. Like when he pretended to be the shadow of Sasuke's weapon.

Cheers dude, i do them weekly, anyway , about your chang of heart thing, that might happen, but I think it will be more saskzilla warming up than NAruto coldening up, but us kishi has shocked us so many times , I wouldn't know.

IChigo might defeat pein in a plot defining cross over, ( as he s already defeated his main rival....):XD

P.S. anyone think the great war stated in Kishis interview, gonna be between Cloud and leaf, if so , Jinchuriki vs. jinchuriki would be awesome!!!

pein can always reverse summon himself to nagato (pein konoha invasion he can reverse summon the bodies to any other body including konan)

as for yondaime being full sage mode, who knows, theres no proof, about the scrolll with naruto jiraiya n minatos name, only means a pact with the frogs(jiraiya made naruto sign it way b4 he even knew about sage techs)

i believe madara will be his formerself(ORIGINAL EMS),maybe even more powerful, just so naruto can officially be called the best of all time (better than 1st & 4th hokage)
