I don't know the exact ages of the characters, but Obito was probably within a year of Kakashi, so that makes it easy if you know their ages.

Naruto is 16
Therefore they are 30 years of age making them 9 years older than Itachi

- Kakashi on the start of the series is 26, and now 30. Obito is the same.

- Itachi on the start of the series is 17, and he died on 21.

26 - 17 = 9

30 - 21 = 9
