Appearance doesn't mean anything in a manga, ask anyone and they will tell you. I can give you plenty of examples where a character doesn't look their age and as you all ready stated, the Hokage mountain has been fixed now and that was just a drawing error... nothing major. It happens all the time, not just in this chapter.
None of what you said proves that Kakashi and Obito are the same age... the manga shows that they aren't.

No, the Manga does not, the Manga shows them as same.

But, the Databooks, which people considered as lesser provement for happenings, are saying that that Obito is older than Kakashi. :y

Nope, the manga combined with the databooks show that Obito is older than Kakashi.
Neither of them show they are the same age...
