I was going to say make naruto and sasuke battle it out but become friends and die to their injuries, but i had an absolutely genius idea. You troll everybody by making it a cycle where naruto and sasuke fight it out at the valley of the end, naruto thinks he kills sasuke, but sasuke survives, becomes a bitter old man just like madara and it starts again!

Have Naruto and Sasuke accidentally kill Sakura when she gets in the middle of their battle and have everyone who died be revived (Shikaku, Inoichi, Neji, Itachi, Nagato, Yuhiko, Konan, ect) only Sakura can't be revived due to something in her blood cells that suppresses a reanimation jutsu. That would be pure gold.
