I wonder why he didnt use frog katas against him, sure did take out that absorbing pain in one shot, he could hit him, and just go and beat the crap out of him.

I know he didn't use the frog katas when pein initially launched against him because Naruto's goal was to grab the chakra receiver so he could stab himself with it and then find Nagato. I do agree though. Someone said something like "even if he gets to him what can he do in 4 seconds?" That chakra absorbing Pein was completely pwn3d in like half a second...and the way God Pein was kicked around on page 12 makes me think Naruto wouldn't have too much trouble casting kaownal on him.

On a separate note, and I'm sure this has been discussed in the past as well...but given how similar the spelling is between Naruto and Nagato I have to feel like there is some significance in the differences. I don't know anything about Kanji but can anyone tell us about it? Is there a difference in the Ru and Ga in the middle of their names? I think it's obvious that, to some extent, they are meant to mirror each other slightly in that they both are Jiraya's students and are the two chosen ones (one to destroy the world and one to save it). It's hard to really know for sure because in translating to English, so much is lost.

Seriously though, you're right, naruto SHOULD screw every other girl. I mean he's been a virgin thus far and he's clearly the most badass ninja in the village now...he should be in his bed recovering from this battle with a line of girls outside taking turns. He can just keep collecting nature chakra to keep his energy up.

The next chapter was guaranteed to be a surprise. So even though the two rs thrown back-to-back theory is most plausible, I'll have to descent because it's not a surprise. Nor is paining some how dodging it.

This is how its gonna go down. He only threw one real rs which was the first one. The second one is a diversion. You ask why? Because Naruto doesn't care to fight god pain anymore but want to talk to nagato. While god pain is trying to figure out how to dodge the second one, naruto used up his remaining sage chakra to get to nagato--by either some form a kata jutsu or even....his dad's( unlikely). Why do I believe this is because if you look at the last picture of naruto it has those lines around his picture. Which either means he moving fast, or some kind of surprising is taking place.

Possibilities.
-Two rasneshurikens were thrown. one will be repel by pains jutsu the other will hit because of the 5 second interval.
-Naruto misses both Rasenshurikens.
-Someone inteferes with the fight (Sauske,Konan,Cloud village,Madara himself ?)
-Nagato dies.

I cant wait until this match is over! I love the intensity in this fight but I want to see how the village reacts to naruto after the fight is over. Will Naruto be blamed for all the damages done to the village? Will the village look at him as a hero and honor him ? and who is he going to choose Sakura or Hinata?! *Crosses fingers on hinata*

usually that's the case but the last time they did that I was all excited and ended up being disappointed by the final product...they made it sound like the whole manga was going to be in color and it was just the first page if I'm not mistaken.

the first rs was a real frs, and the second one was the shadow shuriken, if the first one had been a shadow clone then it would have been thrown back and poofed, and i think he is out of sage mode bcause he hadnt gathered the energy from the clone at myobokuzan, remember how he was all like damn my clones at the mountain r gone bcause of fox mode!! had he gained the natural energy from the clone wouldnt he have been like "sweet glad i saved that last clone" ??? i think that naruto was just starting to gather natural energy while moving so he didnt have a large reserve of it which forced him out of sage mode after only 1 frs, or else i think he would have just thrown 1 frs right after the first because that would have been the most simple way to kill deva pain, i mean why use a shadow shuriken when u can use another frs, unless of course he couldnt because he didnt have enough natural energy....any thoughts r welcome

I think you're right. The last shadow clone at Myobokuzan wasn't summoned, sot its gathered natural energy did not go back to Naruto. That's why he's out of energy already. That last clone was gathering energy even when the battle was still going on- enough energy for more than 2 RS shots, maybe 3, or 4.

Yes, you are very insightful about the male desires, the more the better. Harem is the best, especially anime harems. Imagine Naruto with a harem, wow. It'll be hilarious. But if you truly wanted happiness and not just lust and sadness/pain, going with just one chick is the way to go. Hinata is the best choice because she's smart, nice, good to Naruto since the beginning, pretty and most importantly, she has bigger boobs than Sakura, woohoo! Bigger is better but too big is just ridiculous. Hanata has the perfect size. Most chicks don't. So, the best choice his Hinata. Plus her shyness is so funny and cute. Naruto should teach Hinata the shadow clones so that the idea of a harem is much better. peace

Oh, why didn't Sakura or the 'douche bag nobody byakugan dude' save Hinata? I took Neji to save her. Most Konoha ninjas are pussiez. They were so afraid to fight Pain or even save Hinata or Naruto. Naruto and Hinata were the only two who risked their lives fighting Pain. Kakashi risked his life too. All the other ninjas would lame and disappointing. A whole damn village of ninjas and they couldn't have come up with a team to fight pain but to just stood there watching Naruto and Hinata got hurt. They have to freaking let Naruto be Hokage because other ninjas were pretty useless.

Kakashi is still a question mark. Kakashi is overall the coolest ninja and so he better be alive. Way cooler than Naruto. Killing Kakashi just because he's too cool will be a lame way for him to die. Kakashi should live and get a nice chick too.

i'm sure just like the old episodes naruto letting sasuke throw the Shadow Shuriken, Sasuke saw with his sharingan that Naruto was henge'd (transformed) as a big shadow shuriken so sasuke threw shuriken + naruto-shuriken (it looked like there were 2 shuriken). than when it passed Zabuza and the shuriken arrived at the water, Naruto transformed back to his original body so he could help Kakashi. He might did that too and transform back and use instant rasengan to finish off pain or talk to him.. I'm sure he'll use hidden shadow shuriken.

how can Konohamaru be narutos brother ???? hes way younger then naruto and only way to be his brother his dad would have to be alive and since he died on the night when naruto was stil la baby....and unless narutos mom is a two timer which i highly dout she is even though we know nothing of her yet i really dout they share blood

i thought that because Kono learned shadow clones and rasengan... he is also a Sarutobi grandson. the two brothers were Minato and Asuma...

there is no evidence about it, its just an ideia about this puzzle...

my guess for the next chapter will be that he kills pain then he goes after nagato and paper lady nagato and from there 2 things one naruto does his little chit chat turns bad to good thing and nagato dies from over use of power but lets naruto know he did NOT kill hinata like he might have thought and blah blah blah on that or he goes and fights paper lady (which all he will need is a match box since shes made of paper ) and after defeating her nagato talks and dies but with hate still filled in his heart for the leaf village or i guess its possible the paper lady may flee removing them both from narutos power.

and im sooo glad hianta will make it! but now we all gotta wait another full long week

for everyone who thinks the first frs is the shadow clone here is the proof that the first one was the real one

on page 16 yahiko shinra tenseis the first frs and look, no shadow clone
on page 17 we see the second frs and then in the last frame we see the smoke from the second frs poofing into naruto

dude if you pay attention to the first and second frame at the top of page 16 you will plainly see that right after Naruto creats the frs before throwing it, he throws a smoke bomb so Deva realm can't see what he's about to do. And the last frame at the bottom of page 17 is not the shadow clone poofing into Naruto. It's the smoke clearing from the smoke bomb. so there's is a chance that the first frs was a shadow shuriken....

either that or both of them were real because as the smoke from the smoke bomb clears, you see that Naturo is not in sage mode anymore....

ok i know this debate over the 2 frs' has been going on for 2 pages now but let me add my thoughts


the first one we think is a clone - yes I agree it is strange that there is no poof naruto clone, poof he is killed

BUT if it WAS a REAL frs, then it wouldnt have just absorbed, it would have been repelled and shot off somewhere else and exploded....

If that is the case - the 2nd one is REAL....and it is going straight for god realm who is powerless at this point (maybe someone will come in and interfere, maybe it will finally kill him, we have to wait for that)

Why is naruto out of sage mode then?

I do not agree that a 2nd FRS was sent to the forest to kill nagato because naruto wants to convert him by talking to him

MAYBE (which has not be said i dont think), there is a 2nd FRS already made and another clone has it somewhere else in the smoke or ran around to to another side or it was already thrown...who knows

1) mistake in drawing, still 1 real FRS left, still sage mode
2) 2nd FRS was not shown to us yet

I do not agree about the whole 1/2 sage mode theory, naruto got sage energy from the released clone meaning they didnt have to use the scroll to summon and release like the first one at the beginning of the fight. Yes he should be weakened and not full power after all this sage, non sage, fox, sage, non sage... but come on it is naruto he has the endurance of the energizer bunny.
