I fight people and write down things ive noticed.

Yeh its just a first draft to give an idea and see what people thought,get a general consensus really.I'm going to segragate bingo books per village,rain,leaf,sand etc...(each having its own thread) and with the help of senior members/mods we can rate and them and add to the draft idea maybe put a pentagram diagram as someone mention for the elements?Next step im going to make an application thread for the bingo books for the people who want to be featured in them (as it should be considered an honour to be in them as only the bada*s people go in the real bingo book) once we have the applications i'll get some people together to help me choose who goes in then i'll get working on typing them up

Yeh thats why im getting some of the senior members/mods together who will make a fair decision

My only concern is the rating, cause there might be flaming between the members cause of it, like "why do you have more points than me" etc =/

Well like i said to BiBi peoples stats will be edited and judged according to-experience,battles,missions and fights-this meaning that their status can change within the bingo book(get worse/get better)

Btw, Grimm should be 10/10 in all but tactics
Plus, I think it should be out of 20. That gives a more specific and better overview, seeing as how there are so many shinobi.

Because if Grimm's average is 8/10, then nobody is 10/10 (except Madara--the original-- )

Mmmm dunno yet dude we'll see how many people we have going into it first as i know we are thinking of making it a sticky in the battle arena. Would be a lot of work getting a website for it
