I dont think this is accurate... hells force onsist in enourmous exibitions of power... tactics is pretty much forgotten... i would drop some tactical points...

His strongest atribute isnt pein's bio, its his water mastery.

Btw, Grimm should be 10/10 in all but tactics
Plus, I think it should be out of 20. That gives a more specific and better overview, seeing as how there are so many shinobi.

Because if Grimm's average is 8/10, then nobody is 10/10 (except Madara--the original-- )

You know what would be cool is also a pentagonal diagram of the elements and have a thingy in the middle that would extend to an elemental point when the user uses it most often.
