Here is actual fight breakdown

Bee was not impressed.
Taka thought the kick was great.
Bee said nope, ur boring mate.
Bee pulled out a book, so he could write.
Bee felt good, so he would fight.
Next thing to see, 8 swords are flying.
5 seconds later... Sasuke is dying.
Multiple swords, multiple cuts.
Then Bee kicked him square in the nuts.
Oh yeah, also 2 swords through the skin.
If Taka wasn't there - it was Bee's win.
That is sasuke death number 1.
But you can eat Karin, the fights not done.
Bee's getting bored. Taka is trying,
To regain composure as well as not crying.
Taka went "black fight" in a 1 v 4.
Bee didn't care, he'd own some more.
Taka's intent to kill proved to fail.
Bee got away, about to set sail.
But eatible Karin detected the Bee.
So he went cloak, red chakra to see.
Sasuke could dodge, that's sorta nice.
Bee didn't care. 3 more to slice.
Taka so scared, they jumped away.
So Bee charged back at lame Sasuke.
Tsukyomi? Eye blood and some pain.
Lariot for death number 2, insane!

This thread wins the battle,

But in all seriousness, comedy pants aside, we saw Bee completely slaughter the entire Taka team twice. It was only by the urgent situation of his entire team being taken out, and the very realistic threat of dying to Bees next attack that forced Sasuke to awaken his eye once more.
What does that mean for the arguement? Up to that point, Sasuke couldn't use the Black Flame, at least not without coxing. It was Bees excessive nature that enabled him to be taken down in that battle.
But even then, it wasn't a loss for Bee either, as Sasuke and Taka failed their objective and didn't even sense that the Bee there wasn't real. Hence at best the match could only be considered a draw in Bees favour. Sasuke and his team just about managed to escape the fight with his life and he most certainly didn't 1v1 Bee. His first death made it clear that even with the Sharigan he was out of his league.

As for the black fire, yes he didn't use it but we know it isnt' instantous death either. If he had wished to, he probably would have turned himself into a black flame firebomb and took Sasuke and Taka with him.

Sasuke right now could probably fight him and kill him, but back then he simply wasn't capable of it.

I am in no way attacking the original poster of the thread, but I am clarifying that Sasuke never beat Killer Bee. May I remind you guys that the purpose of Sasuke invading Kumogakure was to capture the Hachibi so he could be used for the Juubi's revival?
