If Madara was brought back to life by Obito and He had to fight a fully powered Jubi By himself (Rennigan, EMS, Susano'o etc.) Would he win this fight, I do not mean to seal it in himself but to defeat it?

I don't think he would win, maybe if he fought the juubi as an edo, and then IF madara be chance wins, obito could revive madara at thte moment the juubi cant fight back, but i dont see that happen.

To become fully powered juubi it needs to have a jinchuriki and that's why Madara needs a mortal body !

I think it's because Juubi himself is the creator of Sharingan (Normally Sharingan with 10 dots) So I doubt that Madara would be enabled to control him.

If you mean defeat with sealing then yes probably if Madara only get a mortal body.

We don't know how Juubi were on Rikudou Sennin's time. Because Rikudou Sennin were the first one to find the true chakra/ninjutus so maybe Juubi on that time did not know how to form TBB for example.

the only way the sage defeated it was by developing a seal or ninjutsu to become it's jinchuuriki
