Juubi would easily win, the only one with a chance to defeat it would have been Itachi using the totsuka blade, and I even have some doubt towards that.. other than that no one in current manga has the feats to do such a thing.

I doubt pretty hard that totsuka blade would effect Juubi.
You can only Seal Juubi inside a human body.

Juubi shits on everyone on a battle without seals. Probably only Rikudou Sennin and Minato knew the seal about sealing Juubi.
