been to Amsterdam, its balla!! But actually it is illegal to have marijuana, its just that the dutch are trying to go with a new technique that allows tolerance for it rather than cracking down on it. I know you live in Amsterdam, but look at the laws for real (I have) and it says it's illegal. They sell weed at cafe's and cops walk past because they are told NOT to intrude.
The fact that weed is tolerated in Amsterdam is HUGE for tourism and they are making a load of cash from tourism that they use in some of the worlds best detox clinics. It's weird but that's Amsterdam!

yes it is for tourist attraction but your wrong... having 5 grams of marijuana on you is legal in amsterdam.. but the laws here are weird..i know... but its a great place to spend your college years etc.. cause of the party's, chicks, and free lawbeen to Amsterdam, its balla!! of course, I should have mentioned that under 5 grams is ok. in many other nations under 5 grams is seen as a minor infraction punishable by fine... or just take the weed and let the kid go. More than that is the intention to sell illegal substances which is a true crime. It varies per nation and even areas within a city, such as Amsterdam. Like, I'm sure you can smoke outside a cafe by the Red light district, but by the town hall you would get your ass beat! lmao (not literally)

In Greece a marijuana cigarette can get you in jail for 2 years and also if you do that in front of other people the get in jail also, cause they didn't report you. We have very strict laws about drugs.

-Assault--> I just moved at 13 and was in a new school. made some new friends and bullies about 16 yrs old took our soccer ball. I'm from the east coast and was like F*CK THAT SHIT! I followed them out into the street and on a crosswalk (i dont know how i did it) I threw my body behind a punch and broke his orbital bone (eyesocket)
-Assault with deadly weapon--> Another one of the many fights I have with my brother, I pulled a kitchen knife on him and threatened him and cut him a bit. no serious injury.
-Downloading---> movies/music...never been caught.
-Drug use--> Used drugs on and off for awhile through some high school and college. Never been caught and I've been clean for... oh, like 5 months.
-Drug Dealing--> I was one of the first to get my license in my grade and my homies needed some rides, so I hooked them up with rides to deliver their product as long as they paid half my gas, gave discounts for me to buy. we used to smoke a lot back then...
Then I began making deliveries on my own throughout the city. Largest load I brought at one time was worth $12,000. Never been caught.-Arson-->I set one wall of my school on fire at night with friends at 14. I got away, but my friends ratted me out.
I kicked there asses so hard after!!-Sexual Harassment-->A girl asked me to take off my pants when we were alone in the forest... I thought I was getting some!!
but she was joking and didn't mean it. I wasn't charged because she pretty much asked for it and then chicken'd out.See? justifiable!

A cop, would only have jurisdiction over people within his own country, and probably wouldn't pursue anything outside his immediate work area, it'd be a complete waste of time considering the amount of people in the world that smoke weed and download.
And honestly, you'd be extremely unlucky if a random cop turned up on the forum, read this specific thread, and managed to track you down for typing that you've done drugs

ive been smokin weed for 7 years now, but also from holland so nothing illegal there
also did xtc and mushrooms(great fun)
and when i was 15, 16 i used to deal in weed.
and once i had to go to court for beating a guy into the hospital.
i was 15 at the time and some dude actually hit my mom in front of me
i off course went a-wire and beat the guy senseless.
almost went to juvy for that, but luckily the judge said that at that moment, i couldnt be hold responsible for my own actions so i got of with a couple of weeks community service

I got off attempted murder... three counts O_O
My lawyer was a public defender hippie! I don't know how she did it, but I got off clean as a whistle except for some community service. NOT even probation! My friend on the other hand, poor him... He murdered a little girl and now he is going through some deep shit cause of it.
