So...

*I focus my chakra as with the same way with chakra sensing rain. Only instead of infusing my chakra with it, I pair it with the transformation technique to turn the water into oil. I throw an explosive Kunai and the cloud burst into flames, as well as the bits of oil raining from the cloud*
