Well, our body is made up of trillions of microscopic cells. Practically all of them have to die and be replace at some point in time. And each and everyone of the cells has a different life span. Our body is a system made to program Cell Death which has to be highly maintain to have a balance of cell death and formation.
Now notice this. Since nearly all Cells are regularly replaced, living forever is certainly feasible. If our cells keep regenerating.
