yes he has something similar to Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan , did you know its called the Mangekyo Sharingan?
obito has only been shown using MS twice in the whole manga... he cant be going blind that quickly

as far as the EMS Brother thing goes since neither Kakashi or Obito had any brothers (none known) and they pretty much acted like brothers so maybe theres some kind of clause for that

I believe that we can assume Obito had relatives, and that some of them were still around when he helped Itachi wipe out the Uchihas. he could of taken one of their eye's then.

if kakashi did get EMS he would need obitos eye and vice versa along with another pair of MS eyes...
you raise a good point , but the kamui dimension may be the space/time merger dimension in which every transportation jutsu is linked

not really sure if you can take this as meaning just siblings, that's what madara did, but i think it just has to be someone of the clan.
