I don't exactly know what has happened in the chapter after 615 but Neji's death actually has me worried about more important parts. For starters yes I know whoever dies will probably come back anyway but that isn't the point here. I am no fan of Sakura but Hinata is my favorite character. If Kishimoto is planning to kill either of these even for 5 minutes, to me it devalues the plot.

I understand making controversial decisions and maybe even having to kill one of my favorites to further the drama to the end. But there are characters that can die and characters that can't. From the start it was established there was a love triangle between these three so if even one dies that story goes down with it. I am not defending Hinata as a personal favorite. She is far too important to one of the most crucial points to be chopped even if she was to come back to life.

If Kishi starts pulling this Buu move where everyone dies just to cause 5 minutes of drama it will just show he isn't taking the story seriously anymore. Disagree with that point if you want but its unoriginal. Maybe Naruto needs to be pushed to some new height but killing Hinata or Sakura is not the answer.

I get that this is war and people will die. I know the need for the author to cause drama for the audience to be kept on the edge of their seat but killing certain characters is just some cheap trick when you know it will reach a certain outcome. Naruto is going to end up choosing one (obviously I'm rooting for Hinata) and he can't if one dies. Killing one (or worse both) just to push Naruto further means your sweeping aside one of the most important plot points when there are other ways around beating Tobi then killing the characters involved in that story line.

I just wanted to make this point on my belief on such rash choices. I don't like where the author casts aside a story line just as important (if not more-so) as the one in front of them now just to wrap up the latter. There are more creative tactics you can pull then jumping on this cliche bandwagon of killing everyone for a bit of drama.

On my last part I'll repeat I get if he needs to make controversial decisions and though I might get upset if one of my favorites does die I'll just see the ending of Naruto in the same light I saw the entire story of DBZ after Buu was released. Ending it with such methods isn't good writing unless tragedy is what Naruto was going for. And it never was. I only support these methods if it makes sense and killing these two makes no sense. Even if they got brought back later. Killing less important members of the 11? I can understand that. But killing Hinata and Sakura? Just no.

The love triangle isn't that important in the story. It's a minor plot that only occassionally gets some attention. Sure, Kishimoto-sensei drops sometimes very vague hints but at this point, romance is at a very low level in the story.

Which is understandable considering this is a shounen story, aimed at boys and it has the genre action, so romance will always be a minor thing in this story.

Actually killing one of the two would probably fire Naruto up more. I could see Kishimoto-sensei killing off one of the two so he could make Naruto extremely furious as a response to the death. Not saying he would do that, but it would certainly add more drama and considering they are all now fighting against very powerful enemies, it would be a bit disappointing if nobody else died. Talk about having extreme luck then.

And honestly? I hope he doesn't bring anybody back. I already found it ridiculous that he brought so many back with the Edo Tensei. Dead people should stay dead, so hopefully he won't let them be brought back after the war.

But we just have to wait and see what else he has in store

i dont want sakura to die not only because i like her but because she is important to the plot and she is one of the main hinata had her moment in pein arc and almost died now she having her moment again its seems she will die cuz if sakura will die kishi will give her more screen time in these chapters (since she ignored alot in these chapters)

Thats actually part of the reason I don't agree with this tactic about killing everyone. Reviving everybody at the end. Kishi is already guilty of this. Just not to the extent Toriyama was. But in stuff like this they tend to revive everybody at the end which is partly why it would be a bad thing.

Lady Tsunade, Gai, idk Shino, and maybe two other unpopular rookies. Don't think Kishi would totally kill off the Byakugan by killing Hinata or kill the Main Female character Sakara.

- If Sakura would die, i'd be by Sasuke no doubt. And even that I seriously doubt would happen.

- Killing Hinata would totally make Neji's death the most hollow death in the history of Naruto . It'd be totally worthless. His last words. The meaning. Everything.
