Team fortress 2 problem

So I recently downloaded Team fortress 2 on steam and I kept having this issue with the coloring


Heres some pics of the issue:

I play TF2 too every now and then, mine runs just fine on max settings o_O

1. Try reinstalling it, perhaps some files were corrupted.
2. Try lowering your settings, see if the problem goes away.
3. What graphics card do you have? (Command Prompt > type 'dxdiag')

That'll get us a step further...

My graphics card is a Intel(R)Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family.

Ah... I see.
I used to have a similar one in my substitute laptop, it's a horrible graphics card, honestly.
I played a game on it, once... The graphics were glitching just like yours are now, the problem is your graphics card.

I suggest upgrading, perhaps intel HD graphics would be good, I'm using AMD Radeon.
Or, go to canirunit.com and choose TF2 to see if your computer can run the game at all.

Ah... I see.
