Why didn't Kabuto revive Izuna with Edo Tensei?

Because Izuna is fodder whose only purpose was to allow Madara obtain EMS.

Izuna is the second Uchiha to ever awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan, he was stated to be equals with MS Madara...doesn't sound like a fodder to me, I'm sure if Kabuto had his DNA he would have revived him.

Madara died after both his original eyes were removed, Edo Madara still has Rinnegan and EMS. All Kabuto did was make his body younger.

Kabuto said he brought him back beyond his prime, Madara didn't have the Rinnegan in his prime. If every edo could be special like Madara's he would've made Nagato be able to walk.

Exactly, by Kabuto making him younger he was revived in his Prime state with the Rinnegan and Mokuton, instead of being revived as an old man with Rinnegan and Mokuton, which is what would have happened in a normal resurrection.

If Orochimaru would've tried to revive Minato knowing he was in death God, I see no reason why Kabuto wouldn't try a similar feat knowing Shisui em has no eyes. When nothing is missing they can be revived with all there techniques. Izuna eyes were missin no way for him to be revived with all of his original techniques, and Kishi seems to only made Madara a special edo no one else. Everything suggest he gave him the Rinnegan somehow since he didn't have it in his prime, and how can Kabuto make his body younger? Why didn't he make Nagato walk again?
