One Amatersu nearly felled a Biju and would've killed Bee for sure had Sasuke not extinguished the flames. They have no way of getting around Sussano. Sasuke can encase his with enton, and create a wall of amatersu around himself and Itachi.

Itachi can cast genjutsu with his finger and anyone who is under it, gets killed instantly with Sasuke's arrows. If Bee goes full Hachibi, he'll get hit again by Amatersu. This is low difference win.
