Black ops 2 Question

so ive been seeing guys running around with different color reticles and i can only use the orange one. Can someone please tell me how to change it?

on black ops it's just when you're customizing your weapon

maybe you have to unlock all of the red dot sights on a gun, I see that as the only logical way of changing the colors

Perhaps you have to unlock all of the reticles on each sight (red dot, acog, hybrid, etc...)
If that doesn't work then ai don't know what will

I just read that you can change it on some reticles, but someone else said it might have something to do with the colorblind setting

Different Reticles have different Colors you can't change them. Trust me I have played the game long enough to know.
