SO Obito is top 5 fastest?

So is Obito top 5 fastest? I have seen him a lot of top 5. And I don't get this. I mean the guy has average speed feats. So how is he in the top 5?

Depends. If we are talking about long distances than Obito would be "faster" than lets say Naruto. But on short distances A, Naruto or Gai would be all faster than him. His teleportation takes some time, its not instant like FTG.

Gaaras reaction speed is not his own. It's auto defense. That place should reserve to Sasuke or Itachi since activating a jutsu = equivalent to reaction. ITachi reacted to lightning....,Sasuke reacted to A's lightning armour.
