SO Obito is top 5 fastest?

What're u talking about, do u mean foot speed, short distance, long distance or teleportation, or even reaction speed?????
If u mean one of these then say to me. Tobi is fast as my opinion, but not as fast like Minato, cause Minato will teleport like an instant while Obito need to wait like 4 or 5 second to teleport away. In reaction speed, then Minato is faster. Short distance then hes not the fastest either, cause of Naruto's foot speed and maybe Ay and Guy too. In long distance, then Obito must be the fastest, just depends on if he can manage to teleport away like a perfect timing.
So its just depends, but for the right list :

1. Minato / Naruto
2. Naruto / Minato
3. Ay
4. Guy
5. Itachi

itachi, madara, obito, sasuke, shisui.....

who can beat them? naurto can't even touch madara and obito IF U YALL CAN READ.... sasuke owned raikage, dodged his attack, countered, and took 3 of his BEST ATTACKS SUPPOSEDLY... raikage got owned by minato... the only perosn u can even think of throwing in there is minato, cuz he owned obito, AND MADE RIAKAGE HIS BIOTCH once he tags u ur done...... otherwise, lol uchiha own all lololOLOLOLOLOL .... u can't touch obito unless he wants to hit u... madara has full body manglekyou and and and and he gave pain his eyes lol.... itachi, do i really need to explain that? shisui u can't even look into his eyes without losing, and sasuke.... who now has itachi's powers on top of his own.... lol and is learning from teh best.... dn't even mention biotches like a bee raikage or anyone, even harishima is OWNED BY MADARA LOL. who won between madara and harishima? madara.... is hiroshima still alive no... does madara use hirashima yes... lol uchihas rule
