True, Hidan only needs a drop of blood to beat his opponent, but with Zabuza, that won't happen.
Unlike Asuma, Zabuza has a weapon that is bigger than Hidan's and are equally matched in Kenjutsu, maybe leaning more on Zabuza's side, because then again he was a Swordsmen. That being said, the chances of Hidan drawing blood from Zabuza is extremely low, but this scenario of them going all out in Kenjutsu is useless because as always, Zabuza will put up the mist. Hidan is slower than Zabuza (even says so in databook) so hes not going to blitz Zabuza before Zabuza puts up the mist.
With that being said, since the mist is going to be put up, Hidan has no enhanced sensing abilities, on top of that, he isnt even smart enough to come up with a plan to get around the mist. Basically, with Hidan's loud mouth, hes just going to give away his position and is going to be decapitated by the Executioner Blade. He won't "die" but he will be defeated.
And if he can react, which he cant, he would only get faked out by Water Clone diversions because his intelligence doesn't even compare to part 1 Kakashi's.
