Kabuto has Madara as an Edo and can use him at will.

Only reason he got released was because of Itachi and Izanami. Do you think that the same thing will happen? No. So Kabuto with no unforeseen circumstances has Madara. And can't release himself cause he still is in controlled by Kabuto. What's stopping Kabuto from erasing his will?

Kabuto with Madara CAN be used in verses threads.

That's a lie. Only reason he can break out is when the Edo Tensi is releasing. I mean with people with wills into them they don't have control of there bodies. Madara can't break it. He has never stated that he can break it while being controlled. And can't break out whenever he pleases.

That's wrong. The seal can only do so much. And you can make your own moves or start attacking at random. Madara was summon at that point in time and stayed there. Sure you can know the seal. But did he had the free will to actually do that? No.

this is about the most logical statement that I've read on this thread, of course he can release himself from edo tensei at will, the only reason he didn't was because he didn't need to until he got in trouble when the jutsu was releasing
