Descripton: After striking the ground with his/her hands, the user overturns the earth, causing it to rise up around his opponents. Then by placing his/her hands against the dome, the user is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his/her own body. At the same time the user will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome. This allows the user to repair any damage his/her opponents manage to inflict on the inside.
note: The user must stay in contact with the dome, inorder to suck the opponent's chakra andto keep repairing it.

to create a massive dome which covers the house your standing on and i split out into another body, while my other body remains in contact with the dome

Well, ok... I accept that.

As son as you split in two, needles pierce through your feets making you both unable to move, then the rest of the needles pierce you all over, hitting vital spots like heart, neck, troat and wrist.

As it pops from the wall of the house, it snaps an electric wire. The wave hits the wall and fill the street with water. Then the wire touches the water and shock you to death.

My earth wall gets destroyed because of the power of your water wave, but its still enought to pull the water back at you.
