(The user must use a sword and it doesnt need a water source)
i drill my sword which is used with this jutsu through your chest and it throws you away and using my other pair of arms, i use:
(Doton: Doryuu Jouheki) - Earth Style: Earth Rampart

Before you hit me with your sword, i do a backflip releasing a wind gust through my feets. Instead of blocking your sword, it blows you away.

As it pops from the wall of the house, it snaps an electric wire. The wave hits the wall and fill the street with water. Then the wire touches the water and shock you to death.
My earth wall gets destroyed because of the power of your water wave, but its still enought to pull the water back at you.
