The mere fact Minato can teleport makes him the fastest character in the series, no matter how fast raikage and naruto is, they still have to travel from point A to point B even if it is 1/10th of a second while Minato can go to point B instantly because teleportation is like going through a wormhole in the space time fabric.
Minato is obviously the fastest ninja alive and kishi intentionally pitted him up against people in his category. People who use speed to overcome their opponents. In both cases Minato came out on top, due to hiraishin which gave his alias; "Yellow flash".
However some of the points you've made it this thread are inaccurate. Firstly Yamato said what he did because naruto had no control over his new found speed and in fact twisted his ankle

What Ay said, is legit not because of Minato's foot speed but because he has faced him numerous times and minato has trolled him with hiraishin. That is what validates his statement. I can assure you, if minato tried to evade Ay with shunshin, there wouldn't be a series because he will not live to smash Kushina and produce Naruto and i believe he knew this enough to use hiraishin at the very start of the duel when he spread his kunai's around.

Also what he said, was a combination of many things, one being naruto's having similar features of his dad which made kakashi say what he did, though im sure speed was also a factor. All in all when Naruto was matching v2 Ay in km was when he surpassed minato's foot speed

The jutsu FTG is the reason why he was so feared, but FTG alone is not what made people think of him as the yellow flash. If it was the case we could have called Genma and others yellow flash as well. The origin of his nickname yellow flash is the combination of his insane shunshin no jutsu plus FTG. He was not using FTG only when he wiped out an entire battlefield in an instant. There was obviously rapid shunshin combinaisons. And what Obito says here is the proof of that:

True that Yamato says this, but the fact is that he still said it was not on Minato's level. Speed also depends on control. If your control is poor, you would end like a chidori usage without Sharingan

KM Naruto already had difficulties to match A in V1 let alone V2. He dodged the punch(the fastest punch though) only one time and that was at the end. It was more to show his reflexes rivals Minato than real speed

How can you see if he is confuse or not on the first pic when we don't even see his face? I don't believe that someone who had the precaution to put a kunai above A at the right moment was confused by A's speed. Minato was never confused by A's speed. You can even notice that an instant later he wasn't even looking A at all when he charged him, had time to complete an entire sentence before using FTG to blitz Bee. But whatever it seems that we have different interpretations of that scene, so the debate would never end
I agree. Overall, I think that Minatos foot speed is more comparable to Itachis than to Ay's or KCM Narutos.
This is just BS. Minato, the guy who outrun an explosion point blank with footspeed, the guy who covers the distance from outside the village to the inside of the village, blitzing Kyubi with footspeed, the guy Obito says he deserves the moniker Yellow Flash by seeing his shunshin blitz mid air to save Naruto is not comparable to Itachi. Well, its not, at least not for me. I would give Minato his own tier, between A and KCM Naruto and guys like Itachi, Sasuke and Kakashi, but thats all. At least as far as foot speed goes... but he still has FTG to make up for that.

Well it seems this post slipped me. Can assure you that you do not want to do this.
Again the DB and manga on numerous occasions have given his alias to hirashin. Secondly what yamato said is firstly as i said because naruto twisted his ankle but also hiraishin > shunshin.
But by all means ill happily smite this once and for all and leave you without any doubts. Though certain you'd cling to little to no arguments.

There is a fundamental difference between Teleportation and blitzing. Teleportation is instantaneous whereas Blitzing is just immense speed. BM Naruto is as fast if not faster than Minato was. There is too much supporting that. And you keep trying to pit that statement from Yamato and take it out of context. HE WASN'T SAYING NARUTO WASN'T AS FAST AS MINATO... He implied that his control over it was inferior.
