There's no special reason for Sasuke to feel wrong or right about it. Back in Konoha, he was jealous every time Naruto grew stronger just because that reminided him he needed to be stronger than Itachi. But now Itachi is gone.
Naruto will finish God realm, but Nagato will still be alive.
I think Naruto will eventually lose. Nagato and Konan's help; will take him.
Saskue will be lightly surprised. I think he'll be more surprised when he finds out about Konoha.

He's still young and has probably grown custom to jealousy.
There will still be jealousy left in him. It's not something teenagers can grow out of just like that. And in Sasuke's case, it's strength which Naruto has more of atm.
Well I don't think Nagato will die, but his whole "God complex" will be shattered. And Sasuke will either
1-get pissed and want to fight naruto
2-cry
3-think Pein was weak becuase he couldn't capture Naruto
4-cut himself (only kidding...well mabye not)
5-not care

They may be jealous as brothers or former team mates, but I wonder what reason Sasuke has now to even think if Naruto is stronger than him or not. It will only matter in case he had attacked Konoha, which he now can't, it's already destroyed.
Unless there is a time skip and Sasuke comes back later.

Actually I hate ****** but the fact that he is very strong,he has many techniques (in addition of Itachi's techniques) there is two techniques that never miss Kirin (that light technique used it on Itachi) and Amaterasu
besides his speed are incredible and have two Nature elements (Fire & Lightning).
