Now I perform Tiger handseal and focus 10%(1/10) of my chakra to create a water clone.At first I remember creating normal shadow clone and try to focus my chakra into creating a clone but this time I fill it with my water chakra.First time clone is clumsy and weird looking but as time passes and I manage to perfect it.I try to make it move around far away but I notice clone releases when he isn't close to me.

Now, gather your suiton chakra and release it into the water source. Once you released a fair amount take hold of the suiton chakra and the water creating a mass of water that you send up to attack one of your clones. Choose wisely because one of them must die muhahahahahaha. Pay attention to the mass of water's movement and try to make it take on a spinning motion compressing the water as it shoots up hitting the clone sending him flying back forcing him to revert back to regular water.

And I have question about Killing Intent.Is that a genjutsu or I can learn it right away?

Are you attacking the clone directly or is the Water Fang Bullet hitting him? Killing Intent is a basic ninjutsu tech where the user sends out his pure killing intent (lust for blood etc) and it effects the opponent. It's not a Genjutsu, I cannot teach it to you as I can only teach the Basic five elements.

Note: Requires a water source.

Remember this technique needs a water source. Next I need you to perform the Hidden Mist Technique I showed you earlier (you will have to post the jutsu for this.) Once done I want you to manipulate the mist itself, mainly just the water particles in the mist. What you want to do is reflect the sunlight from the sun.

Toward your opponent, this light should shine into the opponent's eyes blinding him temporarily. The opponent should be blinded as long as they are in the mist, try it out on your remaining clone.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

While I focus on the mist,sun reflects it's light in mist causing blinding light that blinds Gary.

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

Next gather suiton chakra and release it into a water source then perform the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals taking hold of the water creating a spinning vortex of water around you. This should be able to be used as both a defense to basic attacks (kicks, punches, projectiles etc) as well as an attack. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious when struck by it.

Descripton: The user will wave the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and utilize water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

Alright, moving on. Gather up your suiton chakra then clap your hands while in unison condensing a large amount of moisture. Use that water to quickly create a spinning vortex of water around you that almost appears out of nowhere. Then controlling the vortex have it explode from the top to form a large that crashes down upon your opponent. It can also be controlled with hand motions.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.

Moving on, this next jutsu is a perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with your own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to your senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra that isn't your own the existence of the intruder can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until you use the seal to cancel it.

To actually perform it you need to begin by sending your suiton chakra into the sky. As you release the chakra you need to perform the needed hand seals (Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake.)

As the suiton chakra reaches the sky you want to condense moisture into rain clouds and as it begins to rain the water droplets should be infused with your chakra. When the rain touches any chakra that isn't your's you'll be alerted of the chakra and it's position. Try it out and ask any questions you may have about it.

This next technique is used to trap a victim inside a sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.

To perform it you'll have to create a water source using your suiton chakra or pull on an existing source of water as you perform the required hand seals. The water should quickly surround the opponent (or yourself if you want to use it defensively but I suggest against this as it makes you vulnerable) being chakra infused it is dense and heavy meanign the opponent won't be able to move while inside. Try it out on my clone.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Now try to gather suiton chakra throughout your body releasing it throughout your entire body. Try to convert your body to water. Once you've done that you'll be able to avoid physical damage from direct attacks but you can't attack while in this form so it makes you vulnerable.
