Ok, so as of now, the Kyuubi and the Hachibi have to take a rest to regain their chakra.

I've been waiting to see Killer B fuse with the Samehada Sword, and I think NOW IS THE PERFECT TIME FOR THAT TO HAPPEN!

But he cant at the moment, because the Hachibi is taking a break to regain his chakra. Same reason Naruto isnt turning into a fox right now.
