Well student as your new teacher I have to tell you, you've got a long way to go before you qualify to become a Ninja. It takes more then a headband and some flashy Ninja moves and a name tag that say "Hello I am, a Ninja" to be a Ninja. Alright you wanted to learn Suiton jutsu. First let me explain the use of suiton; there are two ways most suiton jutsu are created. One is through the use of preexisting water and the other is the use of your chakra to create water. What I want you to do first is think about water then tell me what it is to you. Then I want you to try and take hold of a water source and create a small wave of water, after that I want you to manipulate your chakra and create a shield of water. This is so I can see if you can properly create suiton jutsu as well as manipulate preexisting sources. Also since you are only chuunin right now you can only master up to the B ranks meaning C rank and below.

To me water is a source of life,something every human body is made of(10% of our bones is made from water),we cannot live without water(the one wich we drink and stuff).Water is important part of nature.I repect water alot(hope I dont get big water bill this month xD).
1.-Okay,here we go.I lay my hands and water and start focusing my chakra into it.Water starts splashing and creating really small waves.After some time I start making bigger and bigger waves.Cool.
2.-I pick some of water from the nearby river and start manipulating it with focusing my chakra to my palms where water is.At first I just make little balls of water,but after some training I manage to create a bigger and bigger circles eventually forming a water shield.

Am I doing okay?

You did alright for your first time. This technique can be used in Short - Mid range and can create a variety of waves, blasts and even shields. These are all small though. They can take out or defend against D rank and C rank fire depending on the size of the jutsu it's defending against.

Moving on. I want you to release you suiton chakra into the air around you once you've done that I want you expel a bit of water from your mouth and try to condense the moisture creating a thick mist. This may take you a moment to do but once you can you should be able to make a very thick very dense mist that can easily obstruct your opponent's view. This jutsu is also effective against the Sharingan as all the sharingan user will be able to see is a thick mass of color. This color is your chakra found inside the mist. Byakugan however can see though this mist fairly easily. Give it a try.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

I had a Kakashi bio for a while :T_T: it's one of the bios I was known for. This mist can occupy Short-Mid range and it can be dense enough to easily obstuct your opponent's view however it also obstructs your view of your opponent unless you have a means of sensing him. I will teach you that in a little while. If you don't understand anything simply ask and I'll answer to th best of my ability and if I can't answer I'll find someone who can.

Next is a bit easier. What I want you to do is release suiton chakra from your palm while you motion you hand as if you were holding a sword. As your suiton chakra is released I want you to try and condense moisture into water and form it into a sword. This may take some concentration as you have to maintain it's shape and form. This sword should be able to cut through most D rank fire jutsu within reason. Mainly fire balls and fire blasts of D rank.

Alright Moving on, next I want you to create a shield of water much to the same effect you did earlier. This time I want you to concentrate chakra into your dominant arm and release it from there condensing moisture into water and from that forming a shield of water. Pay close attention on it's shape This shield should be able to defend against most thrown projectiles and most freeform taijutsu such as punches, kicks and strikes.

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

Actually it just seemed to me like the least offensive thing I could throw. ._. This next jutsu takes a fair amount of concentration, I want you to take hold of a source of water and release your chakra into it. From that source I want you to manipulate your chakra pulling on the water and creating a shark made of water from it. This may take some time but what you're going to have to do is continually focus on the shape of the shark forming it out of water. Once you have finally formed the shark I want you to have it jump from the water and bolt out towards that tree.

It should be able to reach out to Short Range hitting into the tree thrashing about and causing some damage to it. Give it a try.

This one is hard,I start gathering my chakra in nearby lake and forming in into a shark.At first itnlooks like a tiny fish,but as hours pass it eventually became small shark.But,I continue to improve it eventually forming a great white shark.Now to hit that oak tree.At first shark barely jumped out but later on it started improving and reached the shore.After 2 hours my water shark finally managed to hit the tree.

That's the power of learning. The power of youth shall burn your spirit to it's max. You can always continue..... unless you run out of chakra and die but now is not the time to think about that. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it young one. :scorps:


The Shark can only reach out to Short range keep that in mind when you use it in battle. Moving on, gather up some Suiton Chakra as you perform these hand seals (Rat → Dog → Ox).

Once you perform the hand seals create a whip made of water that you can swing around. It can be used to lash at the opponent or to wrap them up. A Lightning jutsu can also be channeled through the jutsu as it wraps the opponent. The hand seals are a vital part of manipulating your chakra properly so you may want to practice them a few times.

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Moving right along. Perform the hand seals (Ram → Tiger) and gather suiton chakra in your gut. Move it to your mouth adjusting the properties to form a sticky gooey liquid almost like Corn Syrup then release that from your mouth towards the ground. Normally this technique is just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of stick gooey starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand. This jutsu is very useful in controlling the battlefield making the opponent's movement a bit more predictable. Try it out and ask any questions you may have.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Slowly but surely we're getting there. Next I want you to perform the Tiger hand seal and split up your chakra, take a one tenth portion (1/10) of it and create a clone made of water. These clone are made from a water source and are limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone takes a fair amount of damage they revert back to normal water. They can use Suiton jutsu that the user knows up to C rank. Try to make two clones.
