*I slowly walk onto the field knowing I haven't trained in a while and I have to get back into the swing of things I sigh lightly. I speak as I continue walking getting closer to you.*

So, you want to learn Raiton? First I'll have to explain to you the process of creating Raiton chakra. You have to take hold of your chakra and control the frequency of it's vibrations. Simply put you have to increase the vibrations of your chakra until it creates something new. Raiton jutsu are strong against doton jutsu because it can easily tear through the earth channeling through it. However it is weak to Fuuton as Wind is a natural insulator. It can also be used with water jutsu, as the water conducts the lightning it gives it a slight boost and is great way to make stronger lightning and water combos. Lightning can be used in many ways and is personally my favorite element. So what I want to you do now is take your time and try to create some Raiton chakra. You'll have to manipulate your basic chakra adjusting the frequency at which it vibrates. Increase the vibrations and release the chakra from your hands by doing this you should be able to create small bolts of lightning that can slightly shock anything they touch. This is the most basic thing I can teach you and should be fairly easy.

Very good, this can be used to slightly shock opponents and is Short-Mid range.

Next, I want you to concentrate and gather your raiton chakra into your palms. Once you believe you have enough slam your hands down against the ground releasing the raiton chakra. This should create a small surge of lightning that skims across the ground and shocks the feet of the opponent. It can also shock any body part that is touching the ground that it skims across so if the opponent is sitting down it can shock their lower body. Give it a try.

I then start vibrating my chakra making the same low humming noise as the first time. I focus with the ram handseal , and focus my raiton chakra until my hands crackel with lightning. I then wait till the lightning is at its peak. And slam my hand as swiftly and powerfully as possible.

I vibrate my chakra once more and focus my lightning chakra again. Focusing with the ram handeseal, concetrating until my hands start flickering and crackling with lightning. I then open my eyes and slam my hand on the ground with a quickness. As i do this my lightning chkara permeate the ground a send a surge through it making the eletical surges all around me.

Moving along, I want you to gather your raiton chakra through out your body and release it pooling it to the area around your body. This should create a small electrical field around your body that can shock an opponent who touches you.

Next jutsu. It's fairly similar to the last one, create a field of raiton around you but this time manipulate it to blat outwards when it comes into contact with an opponent blasting him back and shocking him.

I focus even more keeping in mind to bast the lightnign chakra outwards. I wait and time the clone correctly until the clone is in range. And then i suddenly release my chakra in a burst. Send the clone flying backwards.-

I then conecetrate my raiton chakra but i conecentrate them more. Considering they have to be able to burn the opponet. I keep conentrate the chakra until it is at its peak. And release the chakra from my body to into the area. Any one who is touch the bolts will be slighty burned and shocked.

I then make the Rabbit handseal. Gathering my raiton chakra in my hands. I then continuie conetration until the Raiton chakra in my hands has reached maximum capacity. Then relase the surge of lightning from my hands in a violent wave form.

Well done. Next you need to gather raiton chakra into your dominant hand forming a ball of electrical energy. Once you formed the ball of lightning you can launch it at the opponent. Try it on my clone

I conetrate my raiton chakra keeping in mind the ball shape, and form it in my dominat hand. As soon as i feel the chakra has reaches maximum capacity. Keeping the ball in a tight and contained shape i then raise my hand toward the clone and launch it.

Gather up your raiton chakra and release it out to the outer most part of your body. Let it seep out forming a lightning armor. As an opponent tries to hit you release the lightning armor causing severe shock to the opponent leaving him slightly paralyzed and shocked. Try it on my clone.

I make the rabbit handseal to focus my chakra. I then spread the raiton chakra throught the parts of my body exterally. Then forming a type of lightning armour. Contiouly letting the raiton chakra flow out of my body, and at the same time concentrating to keept it on me. I then wait until the clone is in range of shock. When the clone is then within range i relase the armour violenly and shocks it into paralysis.
