I'm guessing you haven't seen most of Fairy Tail then if you think all the fights aren't serious.
I could list about 100 serious fights. U_U

Naruto isn't getting worst and worst (am not sure what you mean by that). There almost equal, but i give it to naruto for the better storyline and personally, i like an OP anime. its a 40:60 situation.

I like both anime, but Fairy Tail is my favorite out of them right now. It's only because it's my preference. I prefer magic and mages over Ninjas.

Imo, currently yes Fairy Tail > Naruto

Why? Perhaps because Naruto is currently more focused on the war. And Fairy Tail is just reaching it's halfway point, and that is what might be making Fairy Tail more interesting than Naruto at the moment.
