Damage: 135 (20 to self) (80 if thrown +10 from shrapnel)
Description: User MUST first coat their ENTIRE ARM in the densest bone possible to protect themselves otherwise they will lose their arm. After protecting their arm with bone the user creates a rasengan in their palm. they then add extremely sharp and fine bone shards from their hand into the rasengan which start to spin very rapidly paying extra attention to containing it. (The rasengan gets its name from the rapid spinning bone which reflects the light causing the entire rasengan to sparkle brilliantly.) After this is done the user uses their other hand to add Wind chakra to the rasengan turning it into a devastating weapon. Upon contact if uncontested the opponent is damaged on the cellular level by the wind just like Rasen-Shuriken but also deeply lacerated all over their body by the bones. The addition of wind also allows the rasengan to be thrown as a projectile but as it travels the stability and form weakens and deadly bone shapnel is shot in all directions.

Alright.. Here is how it is!

Rules first 3 rounds no jutsu

1st round.

We will be in the middle of a city its.. oh.. about 94 degrees and every1 is walking around in a hurry


Round 2.

We will be in a wide open field with nothing around to harm ourselves.

Round 3.
In a bathroom. Use anything u think would be in a bathroom



round 4.

Use any Jutsu to kill urself

round 1: i start triping people around me

round 2: i eat too much dirt/grass

round 3: i fall asleep in a pool of toothpaste

round 4: i use forbidden jutsu number 65 (also it is unnammed)
