Exactly!!! I love Unohana! That face was sooooo creepy. Anyhow it is Unohana that is training Kenpachi...Shunsui is basically giving her the green light XD.

I csn imagine a battle and then Unohana and Zaraki show up...people flip when Unohana charges in ....

Remember way back when....ya know when Kenpachi Zaraki gave his 2nd in command Yachiru Kusajishi her name? Well he named her after the only person he has great respect and cared for....Yachiru Unohana! They met and battled before.

Byakuya is no where near qualified enough to take over the Captain-Commander position.

How qualified would you say Kyoraku is? Granted, he was the best choice barring Unohana, but I wonder how his leadership skills are. He seemed to not care that much as long as Yamamoto was in charge. Anyway, I always wanted to see Komamura take Yamamoto's place after a few centuries (way after the series ended). He seems to have Yamamoto's sense of justice and by that time could've honed his skills.

You don't seem to understand..obviously they are better choices. He said he wanted to see Koma as CC in a few centuries which is entirely possible. And I am only saying being the strongest is not a requirement and also it is only your opinion when you say he is the weakest.

Also, Kyoraku was chosen because he's the third strongest captain of the Gotei 13, and was trained directly under Yamamoto's tutelage.

You don't really know who is strongest out of him Ukitake an Unohana..but fair

I'm going by stats. Unohana is the second strongest behind Yamamoto/Aizen with 540/600, and Kyoraku has 530. Ukitake has 390, I believe, but that's because of his tuberculosis. In actuality, without handicap, he should be on par with Kyoraku seeing as how they're about equal to Yamamoto together and were said to be unmatched.

Ukitake's really underrated a lot. But he's my favorite character in Bleach, and I hope to see a lot more of him in battles soon.

I'm not sure where you're getting this from, but Kubo himself said that Kyoraku would have easily been able to beat tark and Aizen with his bankai, and I'm guessing Ukitake is the same...

And the problem with data books is that the people writing the stats are just guessing themselves they don't actuallly know, that's why i never pay attention to those stats.

And when did Kubo say Kyoraku could beat Aizen with Bankai? Starrk is a given, yes, but Aizen I don't recall.

i read it, it was in an interview with kubo...and i don't well the data books dont make sense they rank Kenpachi and the weakest captain yet he beat tosen and komamura at the same time... i think the ratings are comparative to each person so whatever they;re best at is 100 and everything else is judged accordingly otherwise it doesn't mae any sense...
