Remember way back when....ya know when Kenpachi Zaraki gave his 2nd in command Yachiru Kusajishi her name? Well he named her after the only person he has great respect and cared for....Yachiru Unohana! They met and battled before.

yes, that confused me a little... isn't she supposed to be too much of a senior to him???

This hardens my suspicion that Zaraki's Lieutenant Yachiru, is his swords Spirit. Until he knows her real name he cant awaken his sword. Just saying.

It's possible. i have a theory on why some of these Characters don't age much. Its based on muscle tissue. The more you use it the stronger and tougher it gets. If you stop or slow down using it, it deteriorates. so essential what im saying is their Reiatsu is part of their life force, they need to keep it honed some way. So Yama never really lifted much of a finger or walking stick for nearly 1,000 years after becoming the Captain Commander.

Unohana on the other hand just used hers in other means like healing all the time rather than going out using it to kill.

I would like to see Shunsui's banakai very soon...pity he never got used it against Starrk (also, how come Shunsui always gets stuck fighting the guys with guns? I mean, the Sternritter he fought was basically Starrk...except as a Quincy).
