[Spoilers] Whitebeard Pirates vs Admirals

I don't normally do these kind of threads (cause they are normally bad on getting good opinions) but i was re-watching the Marineford arc and i want to get this discussion going. We all know during the war, Ace was mostly not seen fighting and pretty weak after a 2 weeks-ish in impel down after nearly dying to BB. But what we saw in the war was really Whitebeard pirates all fighting their bad matchups of their Devi Fruits.

For example :

- Ace vs Akainu
- Aokiji vs Jozu,
- then Marco getting seastone cuffed)

But i know this is not how OP characters match up in that world, if u fight a DF that ur DF has an advantage over u can beat MILES stronger people then u would normally have won against.

So without distractions, and only 1v1 how would you say the Whitebeard pirates would do vs the admirals:

Jozu vs Akainu (fyi diamond doesn't melt in lava, diamonds melting point is about 1000 degrees higher then lava max temp)

Kizaru vs Marco (they had a good fair fight till the sea-stone cuffs got in the way after marco got discracted by WB)

Ace vs Aokiji (we only saw a taste of their fight with weakened Ace easily blocking Aokiji, Fire does win vs Ice in the DF advantages and fire produces more heat then Lava could....a fairer fight then Ace vs Akainu)

So what do u guys think, would the WB pirates have beat the Admirals if their match ups were different?

nope not a chance.

the admirals are too powerful for them. it also aint about the df. it's also about haki.

even after akainu got beat up by wb. all wb commanders with croc couldnt touch an injured akainu.

I just want to say that Kiz and Marco's dialogue during their first fight was AWESOME!

Nah, Admirals are too much... Only WB is in their league or say they(admirals) are in WB's league.
Others don't stand a chance... Only Ace could join the ranks if he also had armament haki because w/o it he on the levels of other WB commanders...

I dont know, admiral are just too powerful......wb commanders imo are in between vice admiral and admirals in terms of power, so fighting with one shouldnt prove difficult but beating one will be

It could go either way, but saying the admirals are 'just too powerful' is a misconception.. but with those matchups the battles would be epic no doubt!
