This is marvelous. A spinning tornado around yourself, which you're able to control to also attack the opponent. You simply add more chakra to it and it "expands" outwards, with the reach to mid range. Unfortunately you need a water source for it.

There are still techniques that neither I understand, so I simply check them up and see pictures. If there are none, I check in which episode it appeared and I re-watch the episode. If it's a game jutsu, then you're screwed, unless you have the game. I don't, so yeah. xd

Hm, well. Create a water pool underneath/around your opponent and make it shoot your opponent into the air. After that make the pool shoot out bullets of water and using shape manipulation make then into a dragon that will strike the opponent and send him crashing into the ground. O_O

Well, while you're standing on the water source again, slash the water with the tip of your sword and use that moment to release your chakra through the sword into the water. Using shape manipulation, create a pillar with the released chakra, make it launch your opponent into the air and then from the pillar make 5 sharks that will also attack the opponent. As they attack your opponent they should implode massively damaging the foe and driving him into the water. There the rest should implode also. Make sure to give the property of regeneration to your sharks.

You don't have to be on contact with the water source do you? Like in another of these water shark jutsu

2nd Jutsu:

If the enemy decided to block with an S-Rank earth could you just keep regenerating the sharks until they broke through whatever structure it is?

3rd Jutsu:

If the enemy makes an earth wall to block at short range would the shark still blow up? or does it have to be in contact with the enemy?

1) Yeah, you don't. But it would be much better if you use it like that.

2) I'm not sure about that. Since it's five sharks each of them is 1/5th of S rank, so I doubt that would work.
