I would laugh so hard if Naruto does make shadow clones to rebuild the village, and then the Kyuubi comes out and destroys everything again because he was chakra exhausted. xD

The Kyuubi doesn't come out with chakra exhaustion like the curse seal, but your post made me laugh. The could have Naruto do 2,000 clones learning architecture and engineering. Disperse, then build Konoha with Yamato supplying the wood. Kakashi could send off the crap or stuff he thinks is ugly to another dimension. Neji and Hinata could use the Byaakugan to find holes/problems.

Then Sasuke can return to burn it down with Ameratsu.

actually yeah it does. that's why yamato had to be there when naruto was doing nature manipulation training with all those clones because he could easily wear himself out and it could possibly trigger the kyuubi chakra to come out, which it did and yamato stopped it.

Then again, they might not need 1000 Narutos doing work, cause who knows how many civilians actually SURVIVED! probably won't have to rebuild the entire city until they need to.

Also construction creates jobs and all these hard working civilians need jobs during this recession!
