Almost everyone in the world is..ranging from teens (i.e Konoha 11 16+) and elders like Onoki (60+) and Tsunade (54). All their hard work for their Eye of the Moon Plan for 20 people comprised of reconnaissance shinobi, incapacitated elderly men and children! Yeah!

Madara and Obito already said they planned on wipiing out the Shinobi Force. I'm pretty sure ninjas are only a part of the world. We still have farmers, shop owners and regular people like that.

First of all, Madara and Obito already tried to take out four people with TTBs and continious TTBs yet, they failed. I think it will be hard to exterminate everyone based on what has happened in the manga.

Secondly, Madara and Obito are reffering to fighting the Alliance. Obviously they will not stand still and let the opponent attack, they must attack. However, if you understand the totality of the plot (EOTMP) you must realize that they will not kill everybody because there is absolutely no point in casting such an exhausting and complicated genjutsu on a few farmers and housewives.

Plot is what advances the story. It's like a wall needed to climb over. And with Madara. Really? You know in order to win they have to defeat 2 people including a huge monster? It's gonna take a lot of work to do so. And Manga pages. Stop bashing when the manga is not finished.
