*then focus it into the first gate*

*then open it slowly to feel it's power*

1st gate open.

*slowly let the chakra of the 1st gate out to slowly fill the second one*


*fill the second gate*

*open the second gate*

2nd gate open.

*fill the third gate*
*open the third gate*

3rd gate open.


This is starting to get complex =/

concentrate your chakra to flow down your spine to your 4th gate chakra point and fill that chakra point
