Honestly, I don't know if that's the whole jutsu or what not but if it is, just wow .-.

In this thread, just put down your thoughts. If someone already made this, I don't care. I'm just really disappointed today with that T_T

Well a lot of it was last weeks mistranslation. He said Allied Shinobi force no jutsu....classic cheesy Naruto.
