Naruto was never meant to have a new jutsu, he was gonna use clones but due to the alliances arrival he called it that to show Madara and Obito the will of fire and unity within the 5 nations.

What I'm trying to say is, this is a teamwork jutsu, and its just teamwork, and Its not really a jutsu, so I'm disappointed o.o

That's what I just said.....it's a collaborative effort from the alliance. Not just one jutsu.

The fact that people think this was gonna be a real jutsu makes me hate Planet Earth.

This. Seriously. I cannot express my frustration right now. I've said it a million times: It was never a "new" jutsu. Naruto was referring to teamwork ffs. That whole "wind cutter" technique was made from a random ninja in the background to clear the battlefield of the dust.

Please people, use common sense!
