I think Pain will die but Nagato will get his ass back to his tower.
So Nagato can at least rebuild an army... (he only needs to kill a ninja with good abilities and put some chakrarods in this body)
But who cares.
If Naruto will get more knowledge about technics from his father, then Nagato can't get him next time I think ^^
