Everyone talks about the Old ino-shika-cho but know one talks about Shibi Aburame i think he is a boss and seems like quite a strong jonnin !

Aburame shino for sure. He has practically perfected his beetle jutsu but people are just like "oh yeah its that beetle dude who cares about him."he is a really good shinobi!
And I don't know if kakashi is underrated per say, but I do fell sometimes he lacks the recognition he deserves for being the total boss that he is.

Fu, Danzo's body guard from the Ino clan was a boss ass well, I lol'ed so hard when he caught Ao with the little voo doo doll body switching move. I'd go as far as to say the Ino clan in general is underrated, their mind control tech seems to have unlimited range and honestly can be used to kill anybody.
