Personality, it's a hard concept to wrap your mind around if you've never been exposed to it. But once that little bit of understanding pops into your head, the rest just clicks.
There's so many different directions you could go when talking about personality as well, I personally think that your personality can determine any decision you make in your life. Whether it be the smallest scale like why you don't like the colour blue, or why you chose to become a nurse. Yet, not many people take the time to sit down and actually think about their own personality, or think in general
. I see it as a waste of potential when a person doesn't understand themselves or never really looks for answers within themselves, and it really holds them back, regardless of the situation. How could you know what's best for yourself when you don't even know yourself?
People just need to really take time and just, think. Not about why evolution is correct or flawed, not about how they're going to get they're homework in on time when they have class in 40 minutes. But just, about themselves. You guys owe it to yourselves to really just stop thinking about the large things, or the small things.
If you know yourself, your own personality, it's easy to find which conditions you work the best in, or finding things like proper studying methods, or a perfect job for yourself can come easily. Meanwhile if you ask someone who doesn't really know them self well, then they would sit there with a blank look on their face. Could you guess which person will be more successful in life? And which one will be more satisfied with themselves? Or how much better they do in life? It's the person who knows them self more in depth.
Yeah, this thread is kind of pointless >.>.. I've just had a lot on my mind lately and haven't been on the computer in a while so I can't properly structure my thoughts and sentences into a coherent manner.
Quick question, because I'm curious. Would you rather be part of the majority, or the minority? (Context is irrelevant.) Why or why not? I would personally be part of the minority. As much as I hate to admit it, when I'm different from someone else, I get a sense of superiority and individuality, when I know isn't true. It's just a small god complex which I can't seem to get rid of. Of course, I wouldn't act in such a manner, it's just my subliminal thinking, which I know is wrong.
Lots of writing. Mehh.
