But seriously he sucks...he can't beat neji and hinatas gentle fist.lee owns him with gates.rotating at high speeds doesn't defend you from tentens range attacks...shikamaru would analyses the linear pattern of his attacks and counter easily.choji turns giant butterfly and curb stomps..**** i can't remember any more

Kiba is weak. He knows like, four jutsu? And it's not even like their badass jutsu.

rock lee -> doesn't any jutsu expect eight gates and taijutsu hits
neji -> eight triagrams sixty four palm,gentle fist
hinata -> eight triagrams sixty four palm,gentle fist,twin lion fist
shino -> parasitic insects
sakura -> healing jutsus
shikamaru -> shadow jutsus in many ways
choji -> multi size,three pills,double human bullet tank
ino -> mind transfer,healing jutsus
tenten -> use weapons

Hahaha,Tobi isn´t underrated at all...back on topic i think Kiba is kind of fodderish.He may not have been a fodder a long time ago, but let´s face it things were waaaaaaay more balanced a long time ago BUT THEN things like Amaterasu,Kamui,Susano,Perfect Jinks,Mokuton Dragons,Kotoamatsukami,TBB,Rinnegan etc etc that make any and all of Kiba´s techs and feats look extremely fodderish.

So no he is not underrated, he is what he is...another member of k11, nothin impressive considering so many shinobi with ridiculously powerful jutsu.

neji and lee beat him for sure,choji beat kiba in butterfly mode but not if he don't eat any of pills,shikamaru can beat kiba only in strategy because in other ways kiba is way better than shikamaru,also kiba can easily beat tenten and ino,he beat sakura,hinata and shino only in Two Headed Wolf.

sure kiba would be dead in 2 seconds if he would fight obito or madara for sure but I'm saying that he's not the weakest of K11
