Is this jutsu to Under-Rated?

Most of people think Kiba's is a fodder or is weak but in my opinion he's only forgoten by masashi and he's so under-rated like the most of k11

When most of you say Kiba is weak you must forgot that he failed to defeat Sakon & Ukon only for one reason, because Ukon's ability was to seperate from Sakon when he want and they also can be a body when they want

also Sakon and Ukon were noted by Orochimaru, to be the strongest and fastest of the entire Sound Four, surpassed only by Kimimaro.

I'm pretty sure that he could kill Tayuya,Jirobo,Kidoumaru with that jutsu if he would attack them ...

Kiba is not a fodder the problem is he didn't had much of a screen time and to answer your question...people underrate stronger Jutsus than Double-Headed_Wolf since one shot jutsus like Amaterasu,TBB,Chibaku Tensei, Meteor Techinque, and Susanoo came along.

True, but what can you do about haters? Kiba will most likely use that Technique in the up coming chapters with Madara and it will be great to see Kiba get some love from Kishi once a while.

K11 are and will always be underrated, deal with... Lately we have, susano'o, giant balls from naruto, dust release and many more things, like mokuton, rinnegan, etc... so even if Kiba had enough screen time he'd be a fodder because of the strongest characters...
