Haha unfortunately no, and i am much too lazy to look it up for myself. Personally if i was to make a guess, i would say that each tomoe represents a quantity or level of chakra the Juubi has. Since the Juubi originally had nine, maybe that was the reason the sage split the beast into nine separate entities. Probably horribly wrong, but thats what i would guess off the top of my head.

Fuinjutsu is not ninjutsu, two different things buddy.

Do you really think fuinjutsu would be learned before ninjutsu? Especially when fuinjutsu is listed under ninjutsu (just as kenjutsu is listed under taijutsu)?

just one thing, i only read your thread, not the comment so,,
i thought the 10t dont have rinnegan but that sharingan look alike red eye.
thats how i remember the very 1st time it was shown, no rinnegan,
so i think the so6p had the rinnegan. my point is...
obito managed to put sharingan and rinnegan to hid edo's
same thing with nagato's 6 paths of pain and summons, they all had rinnegan
so since obito is the one who summoned the incomplete 10 tails, i think he is the one who implanted rinnegan on it, and not sharingan because there is only one spot..
well, thats just my theory though,, just sharing. ill post this as a thread too =)

How is ninjutsu based off of fuinjutsu when fuinjutsu is much more complicated and thus ninjutsu would be more likely to be a prerequisite to fuinjutsu?

Dont be an ass. Naruto is half Uzumaki half Namikaze. I could even go into how he always struggled learning new techniques early on. But that is entirely invalid seeing as he is only half. Youll have to do much better than that to convince anyone.
