Here we see the story about how the S06p became the jinchuriki of the juubi.

- Now, If they were created from the juubi, shouldn’t they possess the eyes of the juubii either it be the sharingan, MS or rinnegan ? I need an answer.
Now this scan is an important one because he shows that the sage had ninjutsu.
- The scan says: *“the sage developed a certain ninjutsu in order to protect the world from the juubi.” *The scan clearly says ninjutsu, why didn’t it say fuinjutsu (sealing technique). That is proof the sage had ninjutsu not just sealing techs.
- It then goes on to say that the sage sealed the juubi inside himself.

So6p splits his Body and His eyes
Bodies originate from his Family that will soon be known as the uzumaki clan
Eyes originate from Juubi
So6p's lineage that is soon to be uzumaki + Juubi: Rinnegan
Senju + Uchiha: rinnegan

Also true: Jinchuriki lose these abilities after the bijuu (source of ability) is removed. Gaara.

Last Arguement on why the So6p's lineage would come to be known as Uzumaki..

First of all
The Uzumaki clan has strong body forces,
Kushina can survive extraction and childbirth and help fight against full kyuubi
Mito lived for 90+ years
Naruto can take way more damage and has way more chakra then a normal shinobi without kurama
Karin took chidori spear head on
So6p: able to seal something such as the juubi and make moon on his deathbed

So6p's Lineage
There was no uzumaki clan, but there was a lineage of people with strong bodily forces and good at fuinjutsu, despite knowing the secrets behind it, which so6p found out, and left behind, making them form the Uzumaki Clan..
So6p's sons and Juubi
This is where it gets complicated, but bare with me
So6p uses COAT near his death to make one child who possesses his eyes, and another who possesses his Bodily forces
When so6p became the host of Juubi, rinnegan formed.
Juubi;s unique dojutsu + So6p's lineage that will be known as uzumaki: Rinnegan
Juubi split his yang chakra into so6p's lineage, which is why they have strong bodily forces and sealing masters..
Why COAT and no Spouse? Because this would mean Uchiha and Uzu/senju are related..
Juubi is the technical ancestor of Uchiha, as it's dojutsu is where their eyes come from, as well as So6p. So6p's bodily forces was passed onto the younger, descendants of The Uzumaki Lineage..
This is why Uchiha + Senju: Rinnegan
Their distantly related because So6p SPLIT his body, no spouse. if he had a spouse, this would mean Uchiha's and Uzumaki/Senju's are technically related, to prove the Kushina arguement wrong.

Guys you have to understand, I don't think Kishi plans so far ahead as some of you think. Like, do you really think he had planned out the ten tails from chapter one lol? The nine tails was known as a demon, until part two. Yes, there are some plot holes, but no story is perfect. Also I feel as if at times we delve deeper into this fictional story than even Kishi does. I love naruto, but some of you need to calm the heck down!

NO! The Sage of Six Paths is Senjuchiha. Uzumaki are distant relatives to Senju which is a fragment of The Sage. Therefore, it is impossible for The Sage to be Uzumaki.

NO! The Sage of Six Paths is Senjuchiha. Uzumaki are distant relatives to Senju which is a fragment of The Sage. Therefore, it is impossible for The Sage to be Uzumaki.
